These terms apply to all goods and services supplied by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Orders & Proof Approval
Where artwork proofs are supplied:
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details prior to approval.
Written proof approval confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, grammar, colour, sizing, and overall design.
Once proof approval is provided, no further changes can be made.
We are not responsible for errors present in an approved proof.
Production will not commence until proof approval is received (where applicable).
3. Artwork & File Setup Responsibility
Customers must supply print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications.
Unless design or pre-press services have been specifically agreed in writing, we are not responsible for errors contained in supplied files, including but not limited to:
Spelling or grammatical errors
Low-resolution images
Incorrect document size
Missing bleed or crop marks
Incorrect colour mode (e.g. RGB instead of CMYK)
Font substitution or missing embedded fonts
Transparency or overprint issues
Files will be printed as supplied and approved.
While we may advise of obvious issues, we are not obligated to check artwork for technical accuracy unless specifically engaged to do so.
4. Colour Variation & Print Expectations
We print using a digital CMYK process.
Customers acknowledge that:
Colours displayed on screens (RGB) may differ from printed output (CMYK).
Variations may occur due to monitor calibration, lighting, substrate choice, ink absorption, and production tolerances.
Minor colour variation between print runs is normal.
Exact Pantone or previous run matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Colour variation within normal commercial tolerances does not constitute a defect.
If colour accuracy is critical, customers should request a printed proof prior to full production.
